Return Policy    

Advanced Home Theater has a thirty (30) day Unopened Package New Product Only Return Policy We will gladly accept merchandise returns within the following "Terms of Return", and will replace the product or refund your money at your option, no refund on shipping fees. Items accepted must be in unopened packages only, insured for the full replacement value, with shipping charges prepaid, before the return will be accepted. "Special Order Items" and items listed below are not returnable.
 
 
TERMS OF RETURN
  1. Contact a Advanced Home Theater sales representative (Contact Us) to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number prior to returning product.
  2. All returns must be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Return merchandise must be in unopened original packaging only and in resalable condition. You must put the RMA Number on all boxes and documentation sent back to us. To receive credit for your return, you must have all original boxes and the product packaged in the original boxes.
  4. Merchandise returned due to customer error or opened boxes will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  5. Return freight charge must be prepaid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
  6. Send to the address provided with RMA.
  7. Defective merchandise may be returned under the terms of Advanced Home Theater's "Limited Warranty" must still be in original packaging. See # 10 below
  8. Products may not be returned except for repair after 30 days. Depending on the condition of the product being returned for refund, full refund may not be given if any mishandling of the product is evident or if the product is broken, or if it is not in full working condition or damaged in any way. In this case partial or no refund may happen. Please contact us before returning any product. 800-516-1849 .
  9. Return Of New Items  
    Advanced Home Theater allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refund or exchange issued for amount of merchandise only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  
  10. Return Of Defective Items  
    Advanced Home Theater allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refund or exchange issued for amount of merchandise only. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Opened merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a minimum 25 percent restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing hardware. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Excludes televisions over 20 inches.
  11. Non-Returnable Items  
    Advanced Home Theater is unable to accept returns of the following items:  
    Televisions over 20 inches  
    Cut-to-length audio or video cable  
    Special order merchandise  
    Projection bulbs  
    Audio/Video furniture .
  12. This return policy may be altered for special circumstances with written consent from Advanced Home Theater .
